Business & Tax
✓Completed vendor application (legal business name, ownership, coverage area)
✓W-9 with valid federal tax ID
✓Business license / state registration
✓State repossession or recovery agency license, where required
Insurance
✓Certificate of insurance naming RCI as additional insured & certificate holder
✓General liability + wrongful repossession coverage
✓Garagekeepers legal liability (for stored units)
✓On-hook / cargo and commercial auto liability
Compliance & Training
✓Agent compliance certifications (RISC/CARS, RSIG, Eagle Group XX, ARA/CCRS, AFA, or equivalent)
✓Employee background check & drug screening policy
✓Written breach-of-peace and personal property handling procedures
Facilities & References
✓Secure, fenced, monitored storage lot (photos required)
✓Lender, forwarder, or agency references
✓ACH / banking details for payment
